This policy describes the information used for the company's internal work-alert SMS program: the enrolled person's name, mobile number, consent record, alert preferences, and records needed to operate and troubleshoot delivery or honor opt-outs.

The company uses this information to deliver requested work notifications, manage enrollment, prevent abuse, track the message allowance, and maintain consent records. The alert workflow is designed to send generic notices instead of email or chat message contents.

Microsoft provides the Microsoft 365 and Power Automate services used to trigger alerts. Twilio and telecommunications carriers process information necessary to deliver SMS and manage opt-outs. These providers may retain operational records under their respective policies.

The company will not sell SMS enrollment information or share mobile numbers or SMS consent with third parties for their marketing or promotional purposes. Information may be disclosed to service providers as necessary to operate the program, or when required by law.

Access is limited to people and service providers who need it to administer or support the program. Records are retained as needed to operate the program and demonstrate consent, subject to applicable requirements and provider retention settings.
